These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ok27 platform, including the website located at https://ok27.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ok27 ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you ("you", "your", or the "User") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Important: You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use this Platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
1. Definitions

2. Eligibility
Access to and use of the ok27 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which you represent and warrant to be true at the time of registration and on each subsequent login:
- You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age and residency at any time.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indonesian law.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or through means designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ok27 or any of its affiliated entities.
- You must not have a prior account on ok27 that has been suspended or permanently closed due to policy violations, fraud, or abuse.
- You must have no history of self-exclusion from the ok27 Platform or any affiliated gaming network that remains active at the time of registration.
ok27 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended and any associated funds may be subject to review and withholding pending investigation.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To use ok27's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR). You must maintain the accuracy of this information at all times. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account on the ok27 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identity documents — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ok27 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing any withdrawal request, ok27 requires all Users to complete the KYC verification process. Required documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of current residential address (issued within the last three months), and a live selfie holding the identity document. Verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours. Until KYC is approved, withdrawal functionality remains restricted.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ok27 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian residents: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and digital wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit may vary depending on your account tier and verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are detailed in your account dashboard and may increase with higher account tiers.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may take up to 2 hours. ok27 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
4.4 Source of Funds
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any unlawful activity. ok27 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction.
4.5 Third-Party Payments
ok27 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds must be transferred from a payment account registered in the same name as your ok27 Account. Deposits received from third-party sources will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by ok27 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and eligible game restrictions. These conditions are disclosed at the point of offer and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable real money funds. The standard wagering requirement ranges from 15x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified in each individual promotion. Different games contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements — typically 100% for eligible slot games and 10% to 20% for table games.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
ok27 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-risk hedging strategies to exploit wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of free spins or cashback offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, ok27 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and restrict or close the User's account.
5.4 Welcome Bonus
The Welcome Bonus is available exclusively to new Users upon their first qualifying deposit. Each User is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus only once. The bonus is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to fulfillment of applicable wagering requirements.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok27 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or any KYC process.
- Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or betting market.
- Using automated scripts, bots, software tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to support immediately.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the Platform or its payment systems.
- Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or otherwise restricted.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with ok27 support staff or other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ok27 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of ok27 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes without express prior written consent from ok27. Any unauthorized use of ok27's intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Limitations of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
ok27 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. ok27 will not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime.
8.2 Maximum Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok27's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Consequential Losses
ok27 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ok27 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this clause limits ok27's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
9. Responsible Gaming
ok27 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. 10. Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Suspension by ok27
ok27 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, abusive conduct toward staff or other users, or any activity that ok27 reasonably believes poses a legal or reputational risk to the Company.
10.2 Closure by User
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or security checks.
10.3 Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ok27 may apply a monthly administrative fee of up to Rp 50,000 to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any required re-verification steps.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. While ok27 operates with Indonesian players as its primary audience, the Company is licensed and regulated internationally. References to Indonesian market context (such as IDR currency, local payment methods, and player eligibility requirements) are operational in nature and do not constitute a submission to Indonesian domestic jurisdiction.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between you and ok27 arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter amicably. ok27 aims to respond to all formal disputes within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

All dispute resolution proceedings, correspondence, and documentation shall be conducted in English. ok27 will provide Indonesian-language support for procedural guidance upon request, but the authoritative language of this Agreement and all related proceedings remains English.
12. Amendments to These Terms
ok27 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via email and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2 of this Agreement.
